HXGN10-24 and HXGN10-12 box type fixed AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear is suitable for 20KV and 10KV and 50Hz AC power distribution systems, controlling each branch line at switch station to function as the distribution and opening and closing. It is widely used for ring net power supply, terminal power supply, and the box type electric substation.

环境温度:上限+40℃   下限-25℃;

海拔高度:海拔不超过1000m;

相对湿度:日平均值不超过95%;月平均值不超过90%;

地震烈度:无经常性的剧烈振动;

周围环境:周围空气不受腐蚀性或可燃性气体、水蒸气等明显污染。

Product Structure

柜体分隔成母线室和开关室。柜体为组装式结构,稳固可靠。

具有独特的活门结构,防护性能好。负荷开关分闸后,活门自动将断口隔离,使进线,母线室与开关室分隔,检修、维护安全可靠。延伸组合方便,可构成环网供电单元及各种接线方式《参见主结线典型方案图)。三相采用前后排列,柜体宽度尺寸小,占地面积少。采用压气式原理灭弧,开断性能稳定可靠。操动机构有手动和电动两种选择。机械联锁先进可靠,满足”五防”要求。负荷开关及接地刀均可用锁锁定在开或合的位置上,并可按程序实现负荷开关之间的联锁。主元件负荷开关、熔断器更换方便。

无环境污染,不会发生火灾及爆炸危险。

可带分励脱扣器。可加装带电显示装置和核相装置。


The cabinet body is separated into bus room and switch room. The cabinet body is of assembly structure, which is stable and reliable.


It has a unique valve structure and good protective property. After the break-brake of load switch, the valve will automatically isolate the fracture to separate the incoming line and bus room with the switch room, the overhauling and maintenance is safe and reliable. It is convenient to extend the combination, and the ring net power supply unit and a variety of wiring methods (see the typical program diagram of main wiring) can be constituted. Three-phase adopts tandem arrangement with small size of the width of the cabinet body and small   occupied area. It adopts compressed gas principle for arc extinguishing, and the switching on and switching off performance is stable and reliable. Operating mechanism has two options of manual and motor-driven operation. Advanced and reliable mechanical interlock meets the requirements of “five prevention”. Load switch and ground switch can be locked at open or closed position with a lock, and the interlocking between load switches can be achieved in accordance with the program. It is convenient to replace the load switch of main component and fuse.


There are no environmental pollution, nor fire and explosion hazards.


Shunt trip can be equipped, and live display device and nuclear phase device can be additionally installed.
