Bus duct is the equipment which is used for important power distribution system. Since the early seventies, it has been comprehensively used in high-rise buildings and industrial standard plants all over the country with its excellent properties of safety, reliability, fast and convenient installation. Our company produces the complete product. The high-voltage bus includes GFM common phase type and separated phase type; low-voltage bus includes intensive-type CMC, air-based BMC, FCM and the introduced CFW-type plug-type high-strength enclosed bus designed by American Star Express Inc. 母线槽可为交流三相线、三相四线、三相五线,频率50Hz(或60Hz)额定工作电压660V,额定工作电流为100-5000A,产品具有体积小,输送电流大,安全可靠,安装灵活配电施工互不干扰,设计合理,规格齐全等优点。是现代大、中型企业高层建筑引进工程实验基地等场所最理想的供配设备。带插口的母线槽,可通过插接开关箱能很方便地引出电源分路。母线槽的安装可直接从变压器接到配电柜,也可以从低压柜直接接到配电系统作为配电干线路。CMC密集耐火母线槽、BMC空气耐火母线槽产品主要适用于化工、冶金、文化、体育场馆、展览馆、博物馆、机场、车站等社会公共场所及高层建筑的输配电及消防系统的共用。在正常情况下(非火灾情况)可降容供电:火灾情况下,切断正常供电系统,按额定电流进行消防供电,从而达到正常、消防供电两者兼用,降低成本。


Bus duct can be divided into AC three-phase line, three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-line, with 50Hz (or 6Hz) rated working voltage 660V, rated working current 100-5000A. The product has such advantages as small size, large transport current, safety and reliability, flexible installation, no interference with power distribution and construction, reasonable design and complete specifications, etc., which is the most desirable power supply and distribution equipment to introduce engineering experimental base and other sites for high-rise buildings of modern large and medium-sized enterprises. The installation of bus duct can be directly connected to power distribution cabinet from the transformer, and also can be connected to power distribution system from the low voltage cabinet to function as power distribution main line circuit. CMC intensive fireproof bus duct and BMC air fireproof bus duct products are mainly applicable to the power transmission and distribution and common use of fire-extinguishing system in chemical industry, metallurgy, culture, stadiums and gymnasiums, exhibition halls, museums, airports, stations and other social public places and high-rise buildings. Under normal circumstance (non-fire conditions), it can reduce capacity to supply power: in case of fire, cut off the normal power supply system, and fire protection and power supply should be conducted according to the rated current to achieve the combination of both normal and fire protection power supply, and reduce the cost.

※ 周围空气温度在-5℃+40℃,并且在24H以内其平均温度不得超过+35℃;

※ 相对湿度不超过90%(当周围空气温度为+20℃时);

※ 安装地点的海拨高度不超过2000m;

※ 污染等级为三级;

※ 安装类别为III、Ⅳ级;

※ 当使用条件有特殊规定时,应在合同中注明,我公司按特殊要求制造。


※ Ambient air temperature is in the range of -5 ℃ to +40 ℃, and its average temperature should not exceed +35 ℃ within 24H;

※ Relative humidity should not exceed 90% (when the ambient air temperature is +20℃);

※ Altitude height of the installation site should not exceed 2000m;

※ Pollution level is class three;

※ Installation category is III and Ⅳ class;

※ When there are special provisions for working condition, it should be specified in the contract, and our company will manufacture according to the special requirements.

Main technical parameters

1.额定绝缘电压:660V;

2.额定频率:50-60HZ;

3.额定电流:见表1;

4.绝缘电阻:每段母线槽单元的绝缘电阻应大于或等于20MΩ。用户安装时应先检验绝缘电阻值后进行安装;

5.介电强度:每一段母线槽单元出厂前均经受50Hz、2500V/IS 工频耐压试验;

6.短路强度:母线槽能承受(见表2)规定的额定的额定短时耐受电流和额定峰值耐受电流所产生的热应力和电动力,经承受后无永久性可觉察变形;

7.母线槽外型尺寸及每相母线规格:(见表3);

8.母线槽每米的电压降、电阻、电抗。


1. Rated insulation voltage: 660V;

2. Rated frequency: 50-60HZ;

3. Rated current: see Table 1;

4. Insulation resistance: insulation resistance of bus duct unit for each segment should be more than or equal to 20MΩ. When installing, users should first check the insulation resistance value and then install. ;

5. Dielectric strength: Each segment of bus duct unit should be given 50Hz and 2500V/IS power frequency withstand voltage test before leaving factory;

6. Short circuit strength: Bus duct can withstand (refer to Table 2) the specified rated heat stress and electro-dynamic force generated by rated short time withstand current and rated peak withstand current, and there is no permanent noticeable distortion after withstanding;

7. External dimension of bus duct and specification of each phase bus (refer to Table 3 );

8. Voltage drop, resistance and reactance of bus duct per meter.
