SVC Low-Voltage Reactive Power Automatic Compensation Device is mainly used for the reactive power compensation at the low-voltage side of the indoor and outdoor power transformer and is composed of condenser, filter reactor, contactor, combination switch, fuse, power factor automatic controller, main switch, ventilation system and cabinet. It plays an important part in improving the system voltage level, reducing the loss of the lines, improving the power factor of the system, improving the utilization ratio of the power transformer and enhancing the stability of the system voltage. It is characterized by its rapid and timely response, no power consumption operation and effectively suppressing the switching on surging current to improve the operation safety performance of the reactive power compensation device. The device also has the protection functions of over voltage, under voltage, over current, short circuit and lack-phase and can display three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor and control parameters, etc.. It is widely used in residential quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, hospitals, scientific research, coal and oil fields, petrochemistry and other public facilities, especially electric welder, spot welding machine, cranes and other high power industrial equipment which starts frequently.

结构特点及功能

Structural Characteristics and Function

★补偿精度高

补偿后的系统功率因数优于0.98~0.99(或设计值)。

★响应速度快

对于50Hz电网,系统响应时间不超过4ms,完成一次投切过程不超过20ms,投切频率随用户用电负荷的变化而实现动态补偿(可达50次/秒)。

★投切无“污染”

可控硅组采用进口可控硅芯片,投切过程采用零电位技术。电容投切实现过零检测,零电压投、零电压切,投切过程中无浪涌电流,无电压冲击,不产生高次谐波,工作安全可靠,使用寿命长,保证系统安全供电。

★三相不对称补偿功能

用户用电负荷不平衡时,根据每相实际需要而定量投入,达到最佳补偿效果。

★滤波回路

RC吸收回路滤除高次谐波,实现无投切振荡,无补偿呆区。

★控制器全自动检测、运行

控制器具有检测自动跟踪、过电压封锁、缺相保护、欠压保护及输出端短路等线路故障保护功能,当系统电压过高或过低时,控制器自动退出运行。控制器无故障运行时间不低于12年。

★数据通讯

具有RS232/RS485物理通讯接口,通讯方式可采用现场采集(点对点)或远程采集(网络)。

★温控保护

当装置温度超过40℃时,散热装置自动启动,实行强制通风。


High Compensation Precision

The system power factor after compensation is higher than 0.98 ~ 0.99 (or the designed value).


Rapid Response

For 50Hz power grid, the system response time is less than 4 ms. The time for completion of a switching process is not more than 20 ms. Dynamic compensation should be achieved for the switching frequency depending on the change of power load (can up to 50 times/sec).


Switching Pollution-free

The group of silicon controlled adopts the imported silicon controlled chips, and the process of switching adopts the zero potential technology. The capacitor switching realizes the zero-crossing detection, zero voltage input and zero voltage switching. During the switching, there are no surge current, no voltage surge, and no high-order harmonics, with the safe and reliable operation and long service life to ensure the safety of power supply of the system.


Three-Phase Asymmetric Compensation Functions:

In case of the imbalance of the electrical load for users, quantitive input is made according to the actual needs of each phase to achieve the best compensation effect.


Filter Circuit

RC absorption circuit filters the high-order harmonics to realize the vibration without switching and dead zones without compensation.


Fully Automatic Detection and Operation of Controller

The controller has detection auto-tracking, over-voltage blocking, lack-phase protection, under voltage protection, short circuit of output terminal and line fault protection functions. When the system voltage is too high or too low, the controller will stop operation automatically. The trouble free operation time of the controller shall be not less than 12 years.


Data Communication

It has RS232/RS485 physical communication interface. The communication means can adopt on-the-spot data collection (point to point) or the remote data collection (network).


Temperature Control Protection

When the device temperature exceeds 40℃, the heat sink will automatically start to carry out mandatory ventilation.
