YBM-40.5系列预装式变电站，是我公司为满足国家电网改造而自行设计制造的系列产品，适用于额定电压35/10KV、6KV、0.4KV,额定频率为50Hz的三相交流系统中，作为接受和分配电能之用，该产品具有建设周期短、占地面积小，投资省，可迁移，浪费少，成套性强，安装使用方便，可靠性高等特点，广泛适用于城市、乡镇、工厂及油田、码头，风力发电等场所，也适用于一些大型建设工地。

YBM-40.5 series prefabricated substation is one of the series products designed and manufactured by our company to meet the needs of transformation of the national power grid, which is suitable for the three-phase AC system with the rated voltage of 35/10KV, 6KV, 0.4KV and rated frequency of 50Hz for the purpose of acceptance and distribution of electric energy. The product has the characteristics such as short construction period, little occupied area, small in investment, capable of transferring, little waste, easy and important forming a complete set, convenient for installation and operation and high reliability, etc., and is widely used in cities, towns, factories and oil fields, docks and wind power generation and other sites and also suitable for some large scale construction sites.

Product Structure

YBM-40.5预装式变电站是将35KV高压电气、35/10KV、6KV、0.4KV电力变压器，10KV、6KV、0.4KV开关柜，直流电池屏、继电保护屏，按预定方案成套组合在一起的高低压变电装置，有整体式和分体式两种结构，分体式变压器置于室外，并通过一定的防护间隔形成变压器安装区，变压器至两开关柜之间通过架空母线或电缆线连接。

YBM-40.5预装式变电站箱体一般采用优质钢板经表面防腐和喷涂处理后组成或采用彩钢复合板、铝合金板、不锈钢板，中间施以隔热材料。还可选用玻璃纤维增强特种水泥板的非金属壳体。电力变压器的散热采用自然通风和强迫通风相结合，高、中压室、低压室可采用空调和防凝露装置来控温控湿。各功能室及通道都装有照明灯，便于操作和观察。

YBM-40.5预装式变电站35KV高压侧可选用XGN-40.5箱式固定开关柜，或KYN-40.5型铠装移开式开关柜或ABB公司GIS-ZX140. 5KV型开关柜。

YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation is a high and low voltage substation device to combine 35KV high-voltage electrical equipment, 35/10KV、6KV power transformers, 10KV, 6KV and 0.4KV switch cabinets, DC battery screen and relay protection screen together in accordance with the scheduled program. There are two structures of integral type and split type. The split type of transformer is installed outside of the room and forms the installation area for transformer through some protection intervals. The transformer and the two switch cabinets are connected by overhead buses or cables.

YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation box generally adopts high quality steel plate composed after surface antisepsis and spraying treatment, or uses colored steel composite board, aluminum board, stainless steel plate, with heat insulating materials put in the middle. In addition, non-metal shell of glass fiber reinforced special type of cement board can also be selected. Heat dissipation of power transformer adopts the combination of natural ventilation and forced ventilation, and high and medium pressure chamber and low pressure room can respectively adopt air conditioning and anti-condensation device to control temperature and moisture. Each function room and passage are equipped with illuminative lights, which is convenient for operation and observation.

Respecting the 35KV high voltage side of YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation, XGN-40.5 box-type fixed switch cabinet or KYN-40.5 armored moving style switch cabinet or the GIS-ZX140.5KV switch cabinet of ABB Company can be selected.

YBM-40.5预装式变电站中选用0.4KV低压设备，开关柜型号分别为GCK、GCS  MNS  GGD等。

YBM-40.5 prefabricated substation selects 0.4 KV low voltage device, and the model of switch cabinets respectively are GCK, GCS, MNS, GGD, etc.

继电保护室

Relay Protection room

继电保护室内安装交流屏、直流屏、信号屏；

运动控制屏(RTU)载波机屏或光纤终端机。

注：根据用户要求本变电站可采用常规继电器保护，也可采用变电站微机综合自动化系统保护。

AC screen, DC screen and signal screen are installed in relay protection room;

Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) carrier equipment screen or fiber terminal.

Note: According to the user's requirements, the substation can adopt the conventional relay protection or the integrated automatic system protection of the computer of the substation.

基础

Fiundation

预装式变电站只需在户外空地上浇铸钢筋混凝土基础即可，

变压器、40. 5KV开关室、1 2KV开关室都为单独的运输单元，在现场进行拼装联接，

电源的引入与引出采用架空与电缆两种形式，用户可根据需要任选，订货时请注明。

For prefabricated substation, it is only required to cast the reinforced concrete foundation in outdoor open space. The transformer, 40.5KV switch room and 12KV switch room are separate transport units, which can be assembled and linked together on site. The introduction and exhaustion of the power supply has such two means as overhead lines and cables. The users can make choice according to their needs. Please specify when ordering.
