ZGS□-40.5组合式变压器是一种风电专用箱式变电站，是将风电机组出口的0.69KV电压升到38.5KV并网输出的专用设备，是我公司参照欧美风力发电的经验，结合国内风力发电的需要和现状量身定做的专供风力发电的新产品。该产品具有成套性强、占地面积小、投资小、安装维护方便、造型美观、耐候性强等特点。它的出现适应了全国大范围建立风力发电场的趋势，是风力发电系统的最佳配套产品。

该产品按照风电技术进行特殊设计，具有满足风电场“一进一出”特殊要求的特点。

分箱式结构，高压室、低压室和变压器室构成单独单元。高压出线单元和低压进线单元与变压器分开，安全可靠。

变压器散热片直接暴露在空气中，散热能力强，可防止因箱内温度过热而使电气元件发生故障。

过载能力强、损耗小、抗短路能力强、防雷能力强。

箱体采用新型材料制成，并经过防腐喷涂处理，能耐海水、盐雾的腐蚀。

ZGS□-40.5 combined transformer is a kind of wind power special box-type substation, and is the special equipment of synchronization output to increase the voltage of wind power unit outlet from 0.69KV to 38.5KV. It is a new product specially designed for wind power generation based on that our company refers to the experience of wind power generation in Europe and the United States and combining the domestic demands for wind power generation and current status. The product is characterized with its easy to form a complete set, small occupied area, low investment, easy installation and maintenance, beautiful appearance and strong weather ability, etc. Its appearance suits to the trend of setting up the nationwide large-scale wind power plates and the product is the best matching product of the wind power generation system.

The product is specially designed according to the wind power technology, which meets the special requirements of “one in and one out” of the wind power site.

The sub-box-type structure, high voltage room, low voltage room and transformer room are composed of the separate units. The high-voltage coil-out unit and low-voltage coil-in unit are separate with the transformer, safe and reliable.

The heat sink of the transformer is directly exposed to the air with strong heat dissipation capability, which can prevent the electrical components from failing due to too high temperature inside the box.

The product is characterized by strong overload capability, low loss, powerful anti-short-circuit capability and strong lightning protection capability.

The box is made up of new kinds of materials and treated with anti-corrosion spraying, which can withstand the corrosion of sea water and salt mist.

It is small in size, simple in structure, reasonable in layout and convenient for transportation and installation. The product is beautiful and elegant and in good coordination with the surrounding environment.

1、高压侧配置负荷开关+熔断器，可以可靠的保护变压器，低压侧配置进口隔离开关，配以高分断能力熔断器；

2、高压负荷开关与高压熔断器置身于全密封的变压器油中，利用变压器油作为绝缘介质，高压出线端采用全绝缘硅胶电缆接头，真正全工况、全绝缘、全密封、免维护，保证在恶劣的环境中使用寿命达20年；

3、采用进口高燃点油作为绝缘和冷却介质，寿命期内无须滤油、换油，密封件采用高性能的进口胶珠，与设备同寿命；

4、箱体外门采用独特的迷宫式密封方式，配以高弹性长寿命密封胶条，通风孔处均配有防尘设施，能有效防止风沙、风雪等对风力变的侵蚀，防护等级为IP44；

5、可用于环网，也可用于终端，转换方便；

6、低损耗、低噪音、性能优越；

7、箱体采用防盗结构；

8、温升低，过负荷能力强。

1. High voltage side is equipped with load switch and fuse cutout which can protect transformer reliably while low voltage side is equipped with inlet disconnecting switch with fuse cutout of high breaking capacity;

2. High voltage load switch and high voltage fuse cutout are put in fully sealed transformer oil and transformer oil is used as insulating medium. High voltage coil-out end adopts the fully insulated silicagel cable connectors to be in full working condition, all insulation, full sealing and maintenance free, ensuring that it can be used in hostile environment with service life up to 20 years;

3. Imported high burning point oil is used as insulation and cooling medium. Oil filtration and oil change are not needed within the service life. Sealing element adopts imported glue beads of high performance which has the same service life with the equipment;

4.The external door of box body uses the unique labyrinth sealing mode equipped with high elasticity and long service life of sealing joint strip. Dust-proof facilities are equipped in ventilation holes, which can effectively prevent the sands, snow, etc. from eroding wind power substation with protection grade of IP44;

5. It can be used in ring network and terminals and convenient to convert;

6. Low loss, little noise and excellent performance;

7. Box body adopts anti-theft structure;

8. Low temperature rise and strong overload capacity.
