KYN28-12铠装移开式交流金属封闭开关设备（以下简称开关设备）系3-10KV三相交流50Hz单母分断系统的成套配电装置，主要用于发电厂中小型发电机送电、工矿企事业以及电力系统的二次变电所的受电、送电及大型高压电动机等，实行控制保护，检测之用。本开关设备满足IEC298、GB3906等标准要求，具有防止带负荷推拉断路器手车、防止误分合断路器、防止接地开关处在闭合位置时关合断路器、防止误入带电隔室、防止在带电时误合接地开关的联锁功能，配用VS1 (ZN63A)真空断路器或进口的VD4真空断路器或富士电机HS真空断路器。

KYN28-12KV Armored Moving AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is a complete set of power distribution device of 3~10KV three-phase AC 50Hz single bus breaking system, which is mainly used for the power transmission of small generators, the power receiving and transmission of the secondary substation of the industrial and mining enterprises and the large scale high voltage motors for the purpose of controlling protection and testing. The switchgear meets the requirements of IEC298 or GB3906 and other standards. The switch cabinet has the interlock functions, namely, preventing from pushing and pulling the handcart of circuit breaker on load, preventing error switching on / off of the circuit breaker, preventing from switching off the circuit breaker when the grounding switch is in the switching-off position, preventing from entering into the live interval by mistake and preventing from switching off the grounding switch by mistake under charged condition. It can be used with VS1 (ZN63A) vacuum circuit breaker, or the imported VD4 vacuum circuit breaker or Fuji Electric HS vacuum circuit breaker.

Product Structure

开关设备按GB3906《3~35KV交流金属封闭开关设备》等国家标准而设计。整体是由柜体和中置式可抽出部件（即手车）两大部分组成，柜体四个单独的隔室，外壳防护等级为IP4X，各小室间和断路器室门打开时防护等级为IP2X。具有架空进出线、电缆进出线及其它功能方案，经排列组合能成为各种方案形式的配电装置。本开关设备可以从正面进行安装调试和维护，因此提高了开关设备的安全性，灵活性，减少了占地面积。

The switchgear is designed according to GB3906 3 ~ 35KV AC Metal- Enclosed Switchgear and other national standards. The whole structure is composed of the two major parts, namely, cabinet and infix extractable components (i.e. hand cart). The cabinet has four separate rooms. The protection level of the shell is IP4X, and the protection level is IP2X when doors of each room and circuit breaker room are opened The product has functional programs such as overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, etc., which can become power distribution devices for various kinds of programs through permutation and combination. The switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, therefore, the safety and flexibility of the switchgear are increased and the floor space is reduced.

※环境温度不高于+40℃,不低于-10℃；

※海拔不超过1000M；

※日平均湿度不超过95%；月平均温度不超过90%；

※地震烈度不超过8度；

※周围空气应没有腐蚀性或可燃气体、水蒸气等明显污染；

※没有爆炸危险，严酷条件下严酷度设计满足1类要求。

Ambient Temperature should not be higher than +40℃ and lower than -15℃；

Height above sea level is not above 1000M；

The daily average humidity should not exceed 95% while the monthly average monthly should not exceed 90%;

Seismic Intensity should not be greater than VIII；

There should be no corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor and other significant pollution in ambient air;

There should be no explosion hazard and the severe degree design under severe condition should meet the requirements of Grade 1.
