KYN28-24铠装移开式交流金属封闭开关设备（以下简称开关设备），适用于户内三相50/60Hz，额定电压24KV的单母线及单母线分段电力系统的成套配电装置。

主要应用于电厂、中小型发电机发电、工矿企业配电以及电业系统的二次变电所，作为接受和分配电能并对电路实行控制、保护和监测。

本开关设备具有防止带负荷推拉断路器手车、防止误分合断路器、防止接地开关处在闭合位置时关合断路器、防止误入带电间隔、防止在带电时误合接地开关的“五防”联锁功能。KYN28-24开关设备配置性能优良的VS1系列中置式高压交流真空断路器或固封式真空断路器。开关设备二次回路配置先进可靠的控制保护元件，母线采用热缩绝缘材料或环氧涂覆手段，优化电极形状，柜体结构紧凑，方案组合灵活方便。

KYN28-24KV Armored Moving AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of power distribution device, suitable for single bus and single bus segment power system with indoor three-phase 50/60Hz and rated voltage 24KV.

It is mainly used for the power plants, small and medium-sized generators for power generation, power distribution of the industrial and mining enterprises and the secondary substation of electric system to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor the electric circuits.

The switchgear has the "Five prevention” interlock functions, namely, preventing from pushing and pulling the handcart of circuit breaker on load, preventing error switching on / off of the circuit breaker, preventing from switching off the circuit breaker when the grounding switch is in the switching-off position, preventing from entering into the live interval by mistake and preventing from switching off the grounding switch by mistake when it is charged. KYN28-24KV switchgear is equipped with VS1 series infix high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker or seal type vacuum circuit breaker with excellent performance. The secondary circuit of the switchgear is equipped with the advanced and reliable control and protection components. The bus adopts the method of heat-shrinkable insulating material or epoxy for coating. The electrode shape is optimized, and the cabinet structure is compact. The combination of the programs is flexible and convenient.

Conditions of Use

※环境温度：最高温度+40℃．最低温度-15℃，24h内测得平均值不超过35℃；

※相对湿度：日相对湿度平均值不大于95%，月相对湿度平均值不大于90%；

※水蒸气压力：日水蒸气压力平均值不大于2 . 2kPa，月水蒸气压力平均值不大于1.8kPa；

※海拔高度：1000M及以下；

※地震烈度：不超过8度；

※周围环境：无火灾、爆炸危险、严重污秽、化学腐蚀及剧烈振动的场所。

※特殊使用条件：

在超过GB/T11022规定的正常环境条件下使用时，本公司和用户可就超出运行条件的特殊运行条件进行协商，并达成协议。

为防止凝露现象，开关可选用固封式，开关设备也设有加热器，当开关设备正常运行时也应注意投运加热器。

Ambient Temperature: the upper limit is +40℃, lower limit is -10℃, and the average temperature measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃；

Relative Humidity: daily average value is not over 95%, and monthly average value is not 90%；

Water Vapor Pressure: daily average value is not over 2.2kPa, and monthly average value is not 1.8kPa；

Height above sea level: the height is equal to lower than 1000M；

Seismic Intensity: not greater than VIII；

Ambient environment: The sites free from fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

Special Service Conditions:

When the product is used beyond the normal environmental conditions specified in GB/T11022, our company and users can negotiate on the special operating which is beyond the scope to reach an agreement. In order to avoid condensation phenomenon, seal type can be selected for the switch. The switchgear also equips with heater, which should be given attention to and put into operation when the switchgear operates normally.

Ordering Information

订货方在订货时应给本公司提供与产品有关的下列数据：

A．完整的工程系统一次主接线图；

B．各个高压柜方案的二次原理接线图；

C．柜体的平面布置图（如有母线桥时提供其安装尺寸及布置方式）；

D．柜顶小母线布置图；

E．开关柜的备品备件数量和规格型号；

F．开关柜在特殊使用环境条件时，应在订货时以书面的形式提出；

G．开关柜壳体或面板的漆色。

The ordering party should provide us with the following data concerning the products:

A. The complete primary main wiring diagram of the engineering system；

B. The secondary principle wiring diagrams of various high-voltage cabinets；

C. The layout diagram of the cabinets (lf there is bus bridge, the installation sizes and layout pattern should be provided);

D. The layout diagram of the small bus on the top of the cabinet；

E. The quantity and specifications and models of the spare parts of the switch cabinets；

F. When the switch cabinet is used under special circumstances, it should be put forward in writing when ordering;

G. The paint color of the shell or panel of switch cabinet.
