GCK(L) AC Low—Voltage Draw-out type whole set of switchgear is the control equipment for power distribution of the AC 380V system and asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as “device”), which is suitable for the power distribution of factory, mining enterprises and buildings and the centralized control of motor in production lines such as metallurgy, chemical industry and light industry, and can also constitute the automatic control system of power supply and distribution together with  program controller and microprocessor.

结构特点及功能

Structural Characteristics and Functions

★GCK(L)交流低压抽出式成套开关设备属间隔式装置,采用模块式结构设计,从结构上可将其分为柜体和功能单元两部分;本装置有进线柜和功能单元柜两种型式,外壳的防护等级达到IP30的要求。

★进线柜的单元选用插入式的断路器,具有结构先进,介电能力高,互换性强的特点;尤其是用户能对其额定电流和瞬动电流按需要整定;且带失压、过电流及短路的信号和锁扣装置。母联开关也采用与进线柜相同的功能单元,可根据用户要求做成自动投入或手动投入的方式。

★功能单元在单元隔离室中均有“分离”、“试验”和“连接”三个位置。


GCK(L) AC Low-Voltage Draw-out type whole set of switchgear is of spacing device, which adopts modular structure design. It can be divided into two parts such as cabinet and functional unit in its structure. The device has two types, namely, incoming cable cabinet and functional unit cabinet. The protection level of the shell meets the requirements of IP30.


The unit of incoming cable cabinet uses plug-in circuit breakers characterized by advanced structure, high dielectric capacity and strong interchangeability. In particular, the users can set its rated current and instantaneous current according to the needs. It is also equipped with signals and locking device with loss of voltage, over current and short circuit. The bus-tie switch also uses the same functional units with the incoming cable cabinet and can be input automatically or manually according to user requirements.


In the separated room, the functional unit has three positions, namely, “separation”, “test” and “connection”.

使用条件

Conditions of Use

※周围空气温度不高于+40℃(且24h内平均温度不高于+35℃),不低于-5℃;

※在最高气温为+40℃时,周围空气的相对湿度不超过50%,在较低气温时允许有较高的相对湿度,例如+20℃时为90%;

※海拔高度不超过2000M;

※没有粉尘、腐蚀和没有阳光直接照射,雨水侵袭的场所;

※没有剧烈震动和颠簸的场合;

※安装倾斜度不得超过5度。


Ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ (and the average temperature within 24h should not be higher than +35℃), and lower than -5℃;

Relative Humidity of the ambient atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, and the greater relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature, for example, it is 90% at +20℃);

Height above sea level shall not exceed 2000M;

The place should be free from dust, corrosion, direct sunshine and rain water;

The place should be free from violent vibration and tossing;

The installation tilt should not exceed 5°.
