SG (H) 10 Dry-type Power Transformer is three-phase non-encapsulation (open type) vacuum impregnation dry-type power transformer. Both high/low voltage windings adopt the NOMEX paper-covered insulation, and are immersed by H-class non-flux insulation heat resistant paint vacuum pressure. It is given high temperature curing treatment, and is manufactured by adopting the advanced VPI vacuum pressure impregnation technique. Compared with the traditional F class epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformer, not only the used insulation materials are different, but also the design ideas, calculation of electromagnetism / mechanism / temperature rise, the structural arrangement and production processes have great difference. Its insulation heat-resistance level, local discharge measurement, over load capacity and adaptation to the external environment and other aspects are improved significantly. Therefore, it will be the upgraded product of the epoxy resin casting dry-type power transformer. It can be widely used in the load center with high level for fireproofing safety and environmental protection (dust-proof, moisture-proof, anti-dirty), such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, hotels, residential areas, tourist spots, theaters, ports, airports, subways, box-type transformer substation and other transmission and distribution systems.

绿色环保:新产品高/低压绕组以NOMEX纸作为主绝缘材料,保持极佳的电气性能和机械强度,选用的绝缘等级达H-C(耐热温度180℃-220℃)级,绝缘耐热等级高,具有自熄、难燃、阻燃等特点,能在潮湿.盐雾等污染较重的环境中安全运行.且在750℃以上分解时不排放有毒气体;高压线圈采用连续式结构,低压线圈采用箔绕结构,绝缘漆膜薄,产品寿命期后,铜材等主要材料可方便回收,不污染环境、不浪费资源。为降低产品运行噪声,铁心与线圈,铁心与夹件、支撑件之间均放置弹性硅橡胶元件。


工艺先进:高/低压线圈经过多次进行真空加压浸漆、烘焙、固化工艺处理,漆膜渗透到位、均匀、附着力强,成形后表面光亮、不开裂,线圈机械强度高、耐冲击性强;且高压线圈采用连续式、低压线圈采用箔绕式并选用高强度陶瓷支撑,极大地提高了产品短路承受能力和运行的可靠安全性;


增强过载能力:由于高/低压线圈其绝缘层较薄,采用多气道结构/辐向及蜂窝式结构通风散热效果显著,运行温升低,产品过载能力强,可在用电高峰期负荷120%铭牌容量状态下安全运行。


降低制造成本:由于新产品结构与环氧树脂浇注变压器不同,设计灵活,无需考虑模具外协加工的影响。特别是非标产品的生产周期可缩短一周以上,交付及时,满足顾客要求。


产品配置完善:可根据需要,提供防护外壳和温控装置;进行风冷、热保智能控制、实时监控──采用三相温度自动控制系统,带CPU接口可通过网络实施远程监控。


Green Environmental Protection: the new product high/low voltage windings take the NOMEX paper as the main insulation material, to keep the excellent electrical performance and mechanical strength. The selected insulation class reaches H-C class (Heat-proof temperature of 180℃一220℃) with high insulation heat-resistance level, having the characteristics of self-extinguishing, difficult-combustion and flame retardant. It can operate safely under damp, salt fog and other serious pollution environments. In addition, it will not discharge poison gas when it is dissolved above 750℃. The high voltage coil adopts the continuous structure, the low voltage coil adopts the foil winding structure, and the insulation film is thin. After the service life of the product, copper and other main materials can be easily recycled without polluting the environment or wasting the materials. In order to reduce the operating noise of the product, the elastic silicone rubber components are placed between iron core and coil, iron core and clamping piece, strutting piece and strutting piece.


Advanced technology: High/low voltage coils are given vacuum pressure impregnation, baking and curing technology treatment for many times, the paint film penetration is in place and even with strong adhesive. After shaped, the coil has bright surface, strong mechanical strength and impact-resistance and does not crack. In addition, the high voltage coil adopts the continuous type while the low voltage adopts the foil winding type and selects high strength ceramics for supporting, which greatly improves the short-circuit capacity of the product and the reliability and safe of operation.


Enhance the load capacity: due to the thin layer of high/low voltage coil, it adopts the multi-airway structure/ radial and cellular structure so that the heat dissipation effect is excellent, the temperature rise for operation is low, and the overload capacity of the product is strong. It can operate safely under 120% load of the nameplate capacity in rush hours of the power consumption.


Reduce the manufacturing costs: because the new product structure is different with the epoxy resin casting transformer and the design is flexible, it is of no need to consider the impact of mold outsourcing processing, and especially the production cycle of non-standard product can be shortened for more than one week. The delivery is timely and the requirements of the customers can be met.


Perfect product configuration: protective shell and temperature control device can be provided according to the needs; carry out air cooling, thermal protection intelligent control and real-time monitoring - adopt three phase temperature automatic control system, and remote monitoring and control can be achieved through network with CPU interfaces.
