SC(B)11型环氧树脂浇注干式电力变压器其高／低压绕组均采用环氧树脂绝缘浇注包封，选用环氧树脂加玻璃纤维等绝缘材料，具有自熄特性，导热系数和阻燃性能好。低压绕组为双层圆筒式或铜箔绕制、高压绕组采用分段圆筒式结构，较大容量绕组在绕组中部设置冷却气道，以降低绕组温度，扩大散热面积。绕组经脱气并在真空状态下浇注／干燥成型，固化后形成坚固的圆筒形整体，绝缘性能有保证、安匝分布均匀．抗短路能力强、耐雷电冲击水平高。不会因短路产生电弧，且抗裂、耐高温，在高温下树脂不会产生有毒有害气体，阻燃、防爆，不污染环境，可增强产品的机械／电气强度、延长产品的使用寿命。新产品广泛应用于城乡电网建设与改造工程、高层建筑、商贸中心、宾馆酒店、居民小区、旅游景点、剧院、港口、机场、地铁、箱式变电站等输配电系统。特别适合于防火防爆要求高、负荷波动大以及污秽／潮湿等比较恶劣或特殊的环境之中，可在100%湿度情况下或在正常工作电压下长期安全可靠地运行，从而减少了停电维修带来的损失和麻烦，新产品弥补了油浸式配电变压器的缺陷。

For SC(B)11 Epoxy Resin Casting Dry-type Power Transformer, both its high/low voltage windings adopt the epoxy resin insulation casting encapsulation, choose the epoxy resin, glass fiber and other insulation materials, and have self-extinguishing feature, good thermal conductivity and flame-retardant performance. The low voltage winding is double layer cylinder or copper foil winding while the high voltage winding adopts the segmented cylinder structure. The winding with greater capacity has cooling airway in the middle position of the winding to reduce the winding temperature and enlarge the heat dissipation area. Winding is molded by deaeration and casting /drying under vacuum condition, and solid whole cylinder is formed after curing. The insulation performance is guaranteed, and ampere is evenly distributed with strong anti-short-circuit capacity and high lighting impact resistant level. Voltaic arc will not be caused due to short-circuit. It is cracking resistant and high temperature resistant. The resin will not generate the toxic and harmful gas at high temperature, and it is flame-retardant, anti-explosive and does not pollute the environment and can enhance the mechanical/ electrical strength of the product and extend the service lift of the products. The new product is widely used in urban and rural power grid construction and renovation project, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, hotels, residential areas, tourist spots, theaters, ports, airports, subways, box-type transformer substation and other transmission and distribution systems, especially suitable for dirty/damp and other rather hostile or special environment with high level of fire-proofing and explosion-proof and large load fluctuation. It can operate safely and reliably in the long term under 100% humidity or normal working voltage so as to reduce the damage and troubles caused by the maintenance during power off. The new product also remedies the defects of the oil immersed distribution transformer.

新产品阻燃、防爆／腐蚀、无污染、可安装在负荷中心。防潮性能好，能在100%湿度下安全可靠地运行。且过载能力强，强迫风冷时可使额定容量提高20~40%。

高／低压绕组环氧树脂真空浇注，凝胶固化后抗裂，耐高温，机械强度高。高／低压绕组安匝分布均匀，抗短路能力强，耐雷电冲击水平高。

新产品局部放电量≤10pC，绝缘性能好．电气强度高，延长产品的使用寿命。

新产品具备温度自动监测与保护功能，可根据需要提供不同等级的防护外壳(IP20、IP30)．防止人为及意外事故的发生，便于户内使用。

新产品体积小，重量轻．安装简单方便，免维护。

The new product has advanced performance level, it selects the technical indicators of “11 ” type. Compared with GB/T10228-2008 standard, the no-load loss is reduced by 20% on average, the no-load current is reduced by 70% on average, the load loss is reduced by 10% on average and the sound level measurement is reduced by 10dB on average. It is energy saving and environmental protection and in accordance with the national industrial policies and technology policies.

The new product is flame retardant, anti-explosive and anti-corrosive and pollution-free, and it can be installed in the load center. The good humidity resistance makes it can operate safely and reliably under 100% of humidity. The strong load capacity can make the rated capacity improve by 20~40% under forced air cooling. High/low voltage winding epoxy resin vacuum casting, and it is cracking resistant, high temperature resistant with excellent mechanical strength after the gelatin is cured,  High/low voltage winding ampere turns distribute evenly, and has strong anti-short-circuit capacity and high lighting-resistant level.

The local discharging capacity of the new product is ≤10pC. It has good insulation performance and high electrical strength, extending the service life of the product.

The new product has the functions of automatic temperature monitoring and protection, according to the requirements, we can provide the different grades of protective shells (IP20, IP30). It can prevent the happening of man-made accidents and it’s convenient to use inside.

The new product has temperature automatic monitoring and protection function, and different levels of protective shell (IP20 and IP30) are provided as required to prevent the occurrence of human error accidents or unexpected accidents, convenient for indoor use.
