YBW-24、YBM-12系列预装式变电站，又称欧式箱变。是一种集高压电器、电力变压器、低压电器设备组合在一体的紧凑型成套变电装置。该装置具有成套性强、结构紧凑、体积小、便于移动、运行安全可靠、维护方便、造型美观等特点，特别适用于城市公用配电、高层建筑、住宅小区、工矿企业、港口、油田、公园、车站、机场、地铁、高速公路等供电场所，是一种新型的变配电装置。

YBW-24 and YBM-12 Series Prefabricated Substation, also known as the Continental Box-Type Substation, is a compact type unit transformer which composed of electrical high-voltage, power transformers, and low voltage electrical equipment in one. The device has some features such as strong complete, compact structure, small size, ease of movement, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, beautifully appearance etc. It is particularly applicable to urban public power distribution, high-rise buildings, residential quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, oil fields, parks, stations, airports, subways, highways and other power supply sites, and is a new type of transformer and distribution device.

Product Structure

预装式变电站的基本结构是将高压电器设备、电力变压器、低压电器设备三个主要部分各自为一室组成“目“字型或“品“字型布置。“目”字型与“品”字型相比：“目”字型接线较为方便，故大多数采用”目”字型布置，”品”字型布置结构较为紧凑，特别是安装场所占地面积受限制时，选用”品”字型结构较为有利。

预装式变电站箱体为全密封结构，箱体材料可采用优质钢板和铝合金板、复合彩钢板、不锈钢板、玻璃纤维增强水泥板等组成，现为了与周围环境相协调，大多数箱体选用铝合金板和玻璃纤维增强水泥板。

预装式变电站高压开关设备可根据用户需要选用产气式、压气式、真空式负荷开关，SF6负荷开关，真空断路器。高压开关设备具有“五防”功能，可满足终端、环网、双电源供电方式。预装式变电站电力变压器可选用非金合金变压器、油浸式全密封变压器、干式变压器。可配装瓦斯保护和温控保护。

预装式变电站低压开关可选用ABB、施耐德及国产优质开关，电容补偿方式可实现共补、分补、全分补，过零投切等功能。

预装式变电站高低压进出线一般为电缆，特殊需要高压也可选用架空进线。在变电站内设有方便安装电缆的下人孔。各独立安装室设有随门开闭而自动关闭的照明灯。

The basic structure of prefabricated substation is to make such the three major parts as high-voltage electrical equipment, power transformers and low voltage electrical equipment respectively form a separate room to constitute the layout of “Mu”（目) or “Pin” (品) word. Compare “Mu”（目) with “Pin” (品), the connection of  “Mu”（目) type is relatively convenient, therefore, the most adopts “Mu”（目) layout; while the layout structure of “Pin” (品) is more compact, especially when the occupied area of installation sites is restricted, the selection of “Pin” (品) type structure is more favorable.

The prefabricated substation box is of fully sealed structure, whose material can use high-quality steel, aluminum alloy plate, composite color steel plate, stainless steel plate or glass fiber reinforced cement board etc. Now, in order to coordinate with the surrounding environment, most boxes selects aluminum alloy plate and glass fiber reinforced cement board.

The high-voltage switchgear of the prefabricated substation can select as aerogenesis type, air pressing type, vacuum-type load switch, SF6 load switch or vacuum circuit breaker according to user needs. The high-voltage switchgear has "Five Prevention" functions, which can meet the terminal, ring network and dual power supply mode. The power transformer of the prefabricated substation can select non-gold alloy transformer, oil-immersed and fully sealed transformer or dry-type transformer, and gas protection and temperature control protection can be equipped.

For the low-voltage switch of prefabricated substation, ABB, Schneider and domestic high-quality switches can be selected. With respect to capacitance compensation method, concentrated compensation, respective compensation, completely respective compensation, zero-cross-switching and other functions can be achieved.

The high and low voltage incoming line and outgoing line of the prefabricated substation generally are cables, overhead incoming line can also be selected in case of special needs of high voltage. There is upper manhole set convenient for installation of cables inside the substation. Each separate installation room has illuminative lights which can automatically close as the door closes.

运行与维护

Operation and Maintenance

高压开关使用操作与维护，应按高压开关的安装使用说明书进行。低压电器设备中，空气断路器，经过多次合、分操作后，会使主触头局部产生烧伤和碳类物质，使触头接触电阻增大，应定期对空气断路器按使用说明书进行维护。避雷器应在每年雷雨季节前进行一次预防性试验。

电能计量单元按供电部门要求定期校验。

经常观察变压器的运行情况，冷却系统是否正常，温度自动监控是否正常，变压器上层油温或线圈温度（指干式变压器）是否正常。设备的操作，维护应由合格的电气专业人员进行。

The operation and maintenance of the high-voltage switch should be carried out according to the installation instruction manual. Among the low voltage electrical equipment, the air circuit breaker after many times of switching on and switching off will cause burns and carbon substances to part of main contact, therefore, the contact resistance of the contact will increase, and maintenance should be given regularly to the air circuit breaker according to the instruction manual. A preventive test should be conducted to the arrester prior to the annual thunder rain season.

The electric energy metering unit should be calibrated regularly according to the requirements of the power supply department.

Observe the operation of transformer frequently to see whether the cooling system, automatic temperature monitoring, and oil temperature of the upper layer of the transformer or coil| temperature (referring to dry-type transformers) are under normal condition. The operation and maintenance of the equipment should be carried out by qualified electrical professionals.

Installation

箱变的基础参考图由生产厂家根据方案提供。用户也可根据需要自行设计，但须与生产厂家沟通协商。 在箱变基础的一侧及四周埋好接地极，变压器接地与防雷接地可以共用一个接地系统，引至箱变基础平台的接地线应不少于两根，并确保接地电阻R≤4。

箱变底座与基础之间的缝隙用水泥沙浆抹封，以免雨水进入电缆室。

The basic reference drawing of the box-type substation is provided by the manufacturer according to the program. The user can also make self-design according to the needs, but should communicate and consult with the manufacturer.

Bury the lightning conductors one side of and around the box-type substation foundation. A common grounding system can be shared for the grounding of the transformer and lightning protection. The grounding lines led to the foundation platform of the box-type substation should be not less than two and the grounding resistance should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to 4Ω (R≤4Ω).

The gap between the base and the foundation of the box-type substation should be sealed with cement mortar to prevent rain water from entering the cable room.
