ZGS-24、12系列预装式变电站，又称美式箱变，是本公司根据国家城网改造而研制的新型成套变电设备，是将油浸密封式电力变压器与高、低压电器元件进行优化组合，通过结构的优化，开关设备尽量小型化，大大缩小了组合变压器的占地面积，其体积只相当于同等容量欧式箱变的1/3～1/5，具有体积小、噪音低、供电可靠、结构合理、安装灵活、操作方便，可最大限度的深入负荷中心等优点。广泛适用于住宅小区、商业中心、车站、工矿企业、机场、铁路、学校、医院、高层建筑等场所。

ZGS-24 and ZGS-12 series prefabricated substation, also known as the American substation, is a complete set of new power transformer equipment developed by our company on the basis of transformation of national urban network, making the optimal combination for the oil-immersed sealed power transformer and high and low voltage electrical components. Through structure optimization, the switchgear shall be miniaturized to extreme extent, which greatly reduce the occupied area of the combined transformer whose  volume is only equivalent to 1/3一 1/5 of the European box-type transformers with such advantages as small volume, low noise, reliable power supply, reasonable structure, flexible for installation, easy for operation and capable of going deep into the load center to maximum extent, etc. It is widely used in residential quarters, commercial centers, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, railroads, schools, hospitals, high-rise buildings and places.

产品结构

Product Structure

常规美式箱变为品字形结构，分为前、后两个部分，前面为高、低压前舱。高压前舱包括负荷开关和无载分接开关操作手柄、插入式熔断器。压力释放阀、油温计、油位计、注油孔、放油阀。后部为油箱及散热片，变压器绕组和铁芯、高压负荷开关、无载分接开关及保护用熔断器都在油箱中。油箱为全密封结构。也可选用目字形结构，目字形结构分高压舱、变压器舱和低压舱三部分。

美变高压

ZGS系列美变的高压端子配有高压套管（单通或双通），用来连接肘型电缆插头或肘型全绝缘避雷器，将带电部分密封在绝缘体内，形成全绝缘结构，端子表面不带电（地电位），可确保人身安全。在紧急情况时，电缆插头可在变压器满载时进行带电插、拔，为此，电缆插头也可以起到负荷开关的作用。根据需要带电显示器或故障指示器可装在电缆插头上。在箱变高压前舱壁上靠近高压套管的地方焊有挂钩。用于固定可配置的支座式绝缘套管接头，当带电拔下电缆插头时，可立即插到支座式套管接头上。

美变熔断器

ZGS系列美变采用插入式熔断器和后备限流式熔断器两级串联分段保护，保护原理先进、经济、可靠，操作简单方便。插入式熔断器负责小范围的过电流开断（含低压侧的短路故障）。在变压器过负荷和油温过高的情况下，该熔断器主要用来保护组合式变压器。后备限流式熔断器负责大范围的故障电流开断，主要发生在变压器内部高压侧的短路故障，且用来快速切断故障变压器，保护高压线路。

24KV负荷开关

24KV油浸式负荷开关系三相联动开关，具有弹簧操作功能，可完成负荷开断和关合操作。负荷开关分为二位置和四位置两种。二位置开关用于终端型，四位置负荷开关用于环网型或用于双电源供电方式。

10KV负荷开关

10KV油浸式负荷开关系三相联动开关，具有弹簧操作功能，可完成负荷开断和关合操作。负荷开关分为二位置和四位置两种。二位置开关用于终端型，四位置负荷开关用于环网型或用于双电源供电方式。

美变低压间隔

低压间隔内有低压出线端子，根据需要设有低压总断路器和分支断路器、低压电流、电压测量表计、无功自动补偿装置，根据用户要求可以在低压间隔的顶部安装轴流风机，由专用温控设备根据间隔内的温度自动控制风机的启动和停止。根据需要可装设带有遥测、遥讯功能的综合配电测试仪，再辅以低压欠压控制仪，可实现失压和单相欠压保护功能，可避免损坏变压器及负载电器，保护功能更全。

The conventional American box-type transformer is of “Pin” (品) structure divided into two parts, front and rear. The front part is high and low voltage forecabin, including load switch, operating handle of no-load tapping switch, fuse, pressure release valve, oil thermometer, oil level gauge, oil injection hole and oil discharge valve. The rear part is oil tank and heat sink, transformer windings and core, high voltage load switch, no-load tapping switch and fuses for protection are put in the oil tank. The oil tank is of fully sealed structure, and “Mu”（目) structure can also be selected, which can be divided into three parts, namely, high voltage cabin, transformer cabin and low voltage cabin.

High Voltage of American Box-Type Transformer

The high-voltage terminals of the ZGS Series American Box-Type Transformer is equipped with high voltage bushing (single pass or double pass) which is used to connect elbow-type cable plug or elbow-type full insulation arrester to enclose the live parts in the insulation to form the all-insulation structure. The terminal surface is uncharged (ground potential) to ensure personal safety. In case of emergency, hot plug can be achieved with respect to cable plug when transformer is fully loaded. Therefore, the cable plug can also function as load switch. The live display or the fault indicator can be mounted on the cable plug as required. A hook is welded on box-type transformer high voltage forecabin wall where is close to high-voltage bushing to fix the configurable seat type insulating sleeve joint. When unplugging the cable plug in charge condition, it can be plugged immediately to the seat type sleeve joint.

Fuse of American Box-Type Transformer

ZGS Series American Box-Type Transformer adopts plug-in fuse and back-up current-limit fuse two stages in series for segment protection. The protection principle is advanced, economic and reliable, and the operation is simple and convenient. Plug-in fuse is responsible for the small-scale over-current breaking (including the short-circuit fault of the low-voltage side). In case of the overload of transformer and too high oil temperature, the fuse is mainly used to protect the combined transformer. The backup current-limit fuse is responsible for the wide range of fault current breaking, mainly the short-circuit fault of the high-voltage side inside the transformer, to quickly cut off the fault transformer and protect the high voltage line.

24KV Load Switch

The 24KV oil-immersed load switch is a three-phase linked switch with spring operating function, capable of performing load breaking and closing operation. The load switch is divided into two kinds, namely, two positions and four positions. The two-position switch is used for the terminal type while the four-position switch is used for the ring network or double power supply mode.

American Box-Type Transformer low Voltage Interval

There is low voltage coil-out terminal inside the low voltage interval. Low voltage general circuit breaker, branch circuit breakers, low-voltage current and voltage measuring meters and reactive automatic compensation devices are fitted according to needs. In accordance with the user requirements, the axial flow fan can be installed on the top of the low-voltage cabin. The start and stop of fan can be automatically controlled by temperature control equipment in accordance with the temperature inside the interval. According to the needs, comprehensive distribution tester with telemeter and telecommunication function can be equipped, supported by low voltage and undervoltage control instrument, and then undervoltage and single-phase protection function can be achieved to avoid damaging transformer and load electrical equipment so that the protection functions are more complete.

1. Complete and reliable function

It can be used to cut off the load current to realize the full range of current protection. There are two wiring power supply modes for selection, namely, ring network (dual power) and terminal, and it has the basic functions of civil engineering substation.

Small amount of investment capital: the required capital is less than that of the European-style box-type transformer or civil engineering substation.

Simple and convenient installation: The site staffs are required to only tighten the four mounting bolts and connect the coil-in and coil-out cables and the grounding line of the elbow-type arresters.

Speeding up Power Supply: it is only required that the capacity of the transformers should be determined when they are installed, and the order can be made provided that the calculation of short-circuit current, dynamic stability and relay protection and other parameters are not necessary to provide.

3. Safe and Reliable Power Supply

The American Box-type Transformer adopts fully closed design with three-point grounding. There are no conductive components on the shell surface, nor insulation distance, which can ensure the personal safety. The high voltage incoming line adopts the fully insulated elbow-type cable head which is easy to plug and unplug. The insulated joystick is used for operation, which can better ensure personal safety.

4. Simple and Convenient Maintenance

The pluggable fuses, cable plugs and the elbow-type lightning arrester structure makes the replacement very convenient. The fully enclosed transformer prevents the insulating oil of transformer from contacting with the air, and the transformer is maintenance free.
