Brief introduction to the products

KYN61-40.5型铠装移开式交流金属封闭开关设备（以下简称开关设备）。其主要特点是柜内配用新型全绝缘真空断路器。柜体采用组装结构，提高了产品外观品质和手车与柜体的配合精度，手车推进拉出十分轻便，保证互换，并能迅速组织生产、装配，及时交货，提高装配所需占地面积的利用率，易于形成批量生产等优点。可实现闭门操作。其各项正常操作，包括断路器分合闸，断路器手车推到工作位置和退出到试验/隔离位置，以及接地开关的分合闸，都能在断路器室门关闭的条件下进行。本产品符合：GB3906《3-35KV交流金属封闭开关设备》、GB/T11022《高压开关设备和控制设备标准的共用技术要求》、IEC60298《额定电压1KV以上52KV及以下交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备》标准。本产品用于40.5KV三相交流50Hz电力系统中，作为发电厂、变电所及工矿企业的配电室接受与分配电能之用，具有控制、保护和监测等功能。除广泛用于一般电力系统外，还可使用于频繁操作的场所。使用环境条件符合GB3906所规定的正常使用环境条件。

The main feature of KYN61-40.5KV Armored Moving Style AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as Switchgear) is that the new fully insulated vacuum circuit breakers are equipped in the cabinet. The cabinet body adopts assembly structure to improve the appearance quality of the product and the matching precision between handcart and cabinet body. It is so convenient for handcart to push in and pull out that the exchange is guaranteed, and production, assembly and timely delivery can be quickly organized to improve the utilization rate of the occupied area required by assembly and facilitate to form batch production and for other advantages. The closed -door operation can be achieved. Its various normal operations, including the switching on/off of the circuit breaker, pushing the circuit breaker handcart to the working position and exiting to test / isolation position and the switching on/off of grounding switch, can be carried out under the condition that the door of circuit breaker room is closed. The product complied with the standards of GB3906 3~ 35KV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear, GB/T11022 Common Specifications for High-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear and IEC60298 AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltage above 1KV up to 52KV. The product is used for the power system of 40.5KV three-phase AC 50Hz as the distribution room of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises to function as the acceptance and distribution of electric energy, having the function of control, protection and monitoring. It can be widely used in general power systems, but can also be used in the places of frequent operations. The operation environmental conditions shall meet the normal operation environmental conditions specified by GB3906.

Product Structure

KYN61-40. 5开关柜结构按其组成可分为柜体、断路器手车两大部分。柜体内配用新型全绝缘真空断路器或进口六氟化硫断路器。柜体采用组装结构，提高了手车与柜体的配合精度，产品外形美观，能迅速组织生产、装配和交货。柜体采用进口敷铝锌板经数控钣金设备加工折弯成型，通过高强度螺栓、螺母（8.8级）或拉铆螺母组装成型。

典型方案按功能特征可分为继电器仪表室、手车室、电缆室和母线室四部分，各部分按接地的金属板分隔，因此可阻止电弧延伸，从而使可能产生的故障限制在最小的范围内。除继电器仪表室外．其它隔室均有独立的泄压通道，当某一部分需要换元件或维修时，不需要全柜停电。只需要切断元件两端的电源，维修人员即可安全进入该室。其外壳保护等级为IP4X；断路器手车室门打开，断路器手车处于断开／试验位置时防护等级为IP2X。可实现闭门操作。开关柜的各项正常操作，包括断路器分合闸，断路器手车推到工作位置和退出到断开／试验位置以及接地的分合闸都能在高压隔室门关闭条件下进行。

开关柜具有电缆进出线、架空进出线母线联络、隔离、避雷器等其它一次方案。本开关柜采用复合绝缘材料工艺完全立足于国内。

KYN61-40.5 switch cabinet structure with respect to its composition can be divided into two major parts, namely, cabinet and circuit breaker handcart. New fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker or the imported sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers are equipped in the cabinet. The cabinet adopts assembly structure, which improves the matching precision between handcart and cabinet. The product has beautiful appearance and can be quickly made for production, assembly and delivery. The cabinet adopts the imported aluminized zinc plate which is processed and bent to be shaped by CNC sheet metal equipment, and it is shaped through the assembly of high strength bolts and nuts (8.8 grade) or rivet nuts.

The typical program, according to functional characteristics, can be divided into four parts, namely, relays instrument room, hand cart room, cable room and bus room. All the parts are separated based on the grounded metal plates so as to prevent the electric arc from extending and therefore to limit the possible faults in a smallest scope. The separated rooms, except for the relay instrument room, are all equipped with independent pressure relief channels. When some part needs replacement of components or maintenance, it is not necessary to shut down the power of whole cabinet. The only thing to do is to cut off the power at both ends of the components. The maintenance personnel can enter the cabinet safely. The protection level of the shell is IP4X.

When the door of the hand cart opens and the hand cart is in the position of breaking/test, the protection level is IP2X. A closed -door operation can be achieved. Its various normal operations,  including the switching on/off of the circuit breaker, pushing the circuit breaker handcart to the working position and exiting to test / isolation position and the switching on/off of grounding switch, can be carried out under the condition that the door of high voltage separated room is closed.

The switch cabinet has primary program such as cable coil-in and coil-out, overhead coil-in and coil-out bus linkage, separation, lightning arrests and others. This switch cabinet adopts composite insulation material technology and can stand on domestic market.

※周围环境：无火灾、爆炸危险、严重污秽、化学腐蚀及剧烈振动的场所。

Ambient Temperature: the upper limit is +40℃, lower limit is -10℃, and the average temperature measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃；

Height above sea level: the height is not above 1000m；

Relative Humidity:  daily average value is not over 95%, and monthly average value is not 90%；

Seismic Intensity: not greater than VIII；

Water Vapor Pressure: daily average value is not over 2.2kPa, and monthly average value is not 1.8kPa；

Ambient environment: The site free from fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

F．开关柜在特殊使用环境条件时，应在订货时以书面的形式提出；

G．开关柜壳体或面板的漆色；

H．开关柜的交货期。

B. The secondary principle wiring diagrams of various high-voltage cabinets；

C. The layout diagram of the cabinets (lf there is bus bridge, the installation sizes and layout pattern should be provided);

D. The layout diagram of the small bus on the top of the cabinet；

E. The quantity and specifications and models of the spare parts of the switch cabinets；

F. When the switch cabinet is used under special circumstances, it should be put forward in writing when ordering;

G. The paint color of the shell or panel of switch cabinet；

H. Date of Delivery of the switch cabinet.
