Product Structure
铁心设计时合理选择磁通密度,保证正常工作电压下有一定的裕度,在系统电压偏高时不出现磁饱和现象,硅钢片本身的磁滞振动小。铁心材质选用优质冷轧晶粒取向硅钢片;铁心为三相三柱式、铁心柱多级阶梯圆柱形;全斜接缝阶梯多级叠片、无孔绑扎;夹件可选板式或槽钢结构,减少焊接量,增加夹件强度,并通过上下夹件的拉螺杆拉紧器身,结构简单,增加绕组的抗短路能力;同时采取合理的减振措施。并控制叠片的参差离缝,使铁心磁阻小,漏磁小。6300KVA及以下的铁轭与心柱截面形状相同,8000KVA及以上铁轭为“D”型,以减少角重。降低损耗,最小级片加宽,增加铁轭与夹件接触面,改善铁轭的夹紧状态。
绕组内部采用油导向结构/轴向油道,有利于散热,可大幅度降低铜油温差,使内部各区域的热油能充分的冷却,降低绕组的最热点温升;无载调压变压器其分接范围仅为±3×2.5%。故不独立设置调压绕组,分接引线置于主线圈本体中部,从而简化结构。高低压绕组设计时采用新开发的主纵绝缘结构,严格控制安匝分布/冲击分布.降低材料用量;低压绕组直接绕制在高强度的绝缘纸筒上,高、低压绕组在绕制时采用辐向、轴向压紧装置,增加绕组的压紧力,减少运行中的收缩:并用内外撑条进行紧固,加强支撑,提高绕组稳定性。防止其失稳变形:绕组可按要求进行浸漆处理和分相整体套装;且改进压板结构,加强端部压紧,以增强机械强度,提高承受短路能力。
改进引线夹紧结构,采用木材与绑扎相结合的形式,使引线固定牢固不位移和松动。
器身采用新的绝缘框架,进行复合场强计算,保证足够的绝缘强度,具有较高的填充系数:严格控制器身干燥结束后在大气暴露的时间,避免受潮:器身与油箱采用“刚性定位”,提高产品运输中承受冲击的能力。
油箱按免吊心结构设计,现场可直接安装。布局紧凑,造型美观、结构新颖,可为钟罩式或折边瓦楞式结构(平顶式),简化结构便于加工;箱体选用宽幅钢板,减少焊缝,增加机械强度;所有密封面(箱沿、法兰)进行机械加工,采用“O”型密封结构防止渗漏;变压器油箱及散热器应能承受0.05Mpa的压力,并无渗漏、损伤现象。
主体上的附件应有:端子箱采用不锈钢箱体。密封良好,便于接线:温度计座(焊在箱盖上)二根。置于油箱长轴方向的两端;气体继电器、温度计、压力释放阀引线电缆支架应固定在箱体上,接线引到接线端子箱内。但所有装在变压器本体上的附件,最低部件不得低于箱底水平线。
When the iron core is designed, the magnetic flux density should be reasonably selected to ensure that there is some margin under normal working voltage and no magnetic saturation phenomenon when the system voltage is a little high. Magnetic hysteresis vibration of the silicon steel sheet itself is light. The material of the iron core is good quality cold-rolled crystallin grain oriented silicon steel sheet. The iron core is three-phase three -column type and core column multi-ladder cylindrical, totally inclined joint ladder multi-level lamination and no hole binding. The clamping piece can be of plate structure or channel steel structure, to reduce the amount of the welding and increase its strength, and tighten the body through the pulling screw of the upper and lower clamping pieces. The structure is simple and anti-short circuit capacity of the winding is improved. At the same time, take reasonable measures for damping. In addition, control the varied spaced seams of the lamination to decrease the magnetic resistance of the iron core and reduce the magnetic leakage. 6300KVA and the below have the same section shape with core column, and 8000KVA and the above yoke are "D" type to reduce the angle weight. Reduce the loss, widen the smallest class film, increase the contact surface between yoke and clamping piece and improve the clamping state of the yoke.
Internal part of the winding adopts the oil guide structure/ axial direction oil duct which is conducive to heat dissipation and greatly reduced the copper oil temperature, so that the hot oil energy of all the internal regions can be fully cooled to reduce temperature rise of the hottest spot of the winding. The tapping scope of the no-load voltage regulating transformer is only ±3x2.5%; therefore, the voltage regulating transformer winding is not set up independently, and the tapping lead is placed in the center of main coil so as to simplify the structure. The design of the high and low voltage winding adopts the newly developed principal longitudinal insulation structure. to strictly control ampere turns / impact distribution distributing and reduce the amount of the used materials during operation; and use the internal and external supporting strip to tighten, reinforce the support, improve the stability of the winding and prevent instability and deformation. The winding can be given paint dip treatment and split-phase integration packaging; improve the structure of pressing plate and strengthen the end compression to enhance mechanical strength and improve the capability to withstand short circuit.
Improve the clamping structure of lead wire and adopt the form of combining wood with binding to make the lead wire firmly fix without displacement nor loosening.
The body adopts the new insulation frame, and composite field calculation is adopted to ensure adequate insulation strength, which has relatively high filling coefficient. Strictly control the time of the body after drying exposed in the atmosphere and to avoid moisture; the body and the tank adopt "Rigidly Positioning" to improve the capacity of product against the impact during the transportation.
The tank is designed based on the hanging core free structure, which can be installed directly on site. It has compact layout, beautiful appearance and novel structure, it also can be bell or folding corrugated structure (flat-top type), which simplifies the structure convenient for processing. The box body selects wide steel plate to reduce the weld joint and enhance the mechanical strength; mechanical processing is made to all the sealed surfaces (box edge and flange), and "O" type seal structure is adopted to prevent the leakage; the oil tank and the radiator of the transformer should be able to withstand 0.05Mpa pressure, and there is no leakage and damage.
Accessories of main body should contain: the terminal box adopts the stainless steel box with good sealing and easy for wiring; two thermometer seats (soldering on the cover) are placed on the two ends of the macro axis of the oil tank; The lead cable support of gas relay, the thermometer, and pressure release valve should be fixed on the box, the lead is connected into the terminal box. However, the lowest part of all the accessories installed on the body of the transformer can not be lower than the horizontal line on the bottom of box.
