S11 Three-Phase Oil Immersed Sealed Distribution Transformer has the features of energy saving and environmental protection, advanced technology, novel structure, beautiful appearance, etc. It can be taken as the upgraded product of the original “S9” type transformer which is suitable for power distribution system 10KV class or 20KV class 50HZ.

产品结构

Product Structure

铁心:选用优质冷轧硅钢片和多组全斜接缝步进搭接、绑扎结构,有效的改善了磁通密度在铁心内部的分布状况,满足变压器低损耗和低噪声的节能环保要求。


绕组:选用优质无氧铜材/高强度漆包线(或纸包线)卷绕和多层圆筒式(或饼式/螺旋式)结构,安匝分布均匀,绝缘结构合理。高压绕组和低压绕组可采用联体绕制,效率高.线圈紧实。并通过优化冷却、散热/温升设计,对绕组线匝进行绑扎、夹紧和对绕组端部用层压木压实,以增强绕组机械强度和短路承受能力,确保变压器安全可靠地运行。


器身:采用免吊芯和器身四周限位及吊板结构,有效地解决了器身悬空问题,器身不会位移,避免了运输颠簸对产品质量的不利影响,器身所使用的紧固件均采用自锁螺母,能保证长途运输后不至于松脱,因此,新产品在投运前无需检查。


油箱:选用波纹油箱或膨胀式散热器油箱结构,免维修、无渗漏、体积小、散热好、结构新颖,取消了储油柜及吸湿器,油体积的变化依靠波纹油箱波纹片或膨胀式散热器的弹性来补偿、调节,随着温度升高/降低、变压器绝缘油的增减而胀缩,同时使变压器内部与空气隔离。变压器绝缘油不与氧气和水份接触,减缓绝缘油和绝缘纸等材料的老化速度,可延长产品使用寿命。并且油箱密封处采用耐油硅胶密封件,不易老化、开裂,使用多年无需更换。然而,新产品运行维护简单,为用户节省了停电维护的费用。


表面处理与涂层:零部件、油箱表面经磷化处理后用三防漆(防潮、防霉、防盐雾)喷涂,可以满足各种不同的使用环境,保证表面处理涂层不脱落、无锈蚀,色泽新鲜、光亮.外形美观。


Iron core: it chooses the high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and multi-group totally inclined joints stepping lapping and banding structure, which effectively improves the distribution of the magnetic flux density within the iron core and meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection such as low loss and low noise of the transformer.


Winding: it chooses the high quality non-oxygen copper materials/ high strength enamelled wire (or paper-covered wire) winding and multilayer cylinder (or cake-type / spiral type) structure with even distribution of ampere turns and reasonable insulation structure. High voltage winding and low voltage winding can adopt the conjoined winding, so the efficiency is high and the coil is tight and firm. Optimized cooling and heat dissipation/ temperature rise design are used to bind and clamp the winding line turn, and laminated wood is used at winding end to compact and tighten to enhance mechanical strength of the winding and short-circuit capacity to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.


Body: It adopts the structure of hanging core free and spacing around the body and hanging board, which effectively solves the problem that the body is hanging in the air and that the body cannot displace to avoid the adverse effects on the quality of the products by the transportation; The fasteners used in the body adopt the self-locking nut which can guarantee that it will not loosen after long distance transportation; therefore, the new product is not required to inspect before putting into operation.


Oil Tank: it selects the structure of corrugated oil tank or expansion radiator oil tank of maintenance-free,  no leaking, small size, good heat dissipation, novel structure, and removes the oil storage tank and the moisture absorber. The change of oil volume is compensated and regulated depending on the elasticity of corrugated films of the corrugated tank plates or the expansion radiator. As the rise / decrease of the temperature the transformer expands or shrinks depending on the increase or decrease of insulation oil; at the same time, the inside part of the transformer is separated with the air. The insulation oil of the transformer does not contact the oxygen and water to reduce the aging speed of insulation oil, insulation paper and other materials to extend the service life of the product. In addition, the seal of the oil tank adopts the oil resistant silica gel sealing part, which is not easy to age and crack nor requires to be replaced after use for many years. However, the operation and maintenance of the new product is simple, which saves the cost of maintenance during power failure for the users.


Surface treatment and coatings: The spare parts and oil tank surface are sprayed with conformal coating (damp proof, rot resistance, anti-salt fog) after phosphating, which can meet different use environments and ensure that the surface treatment coating does not fall off nor corrode, with fresh and bright color and beautiful appearance.
